You can reach the people who run this site by email, and we answer within two working days. Before you write, check the table below: a loan you hold belongs with the lender on your agreement, and a lender's conduct belongs with Consumer Protection BC, which licenses every payday lender in British Columbia.

Who to contact for what
Match your question to a row below.
| Your question | Where to take it |
|---|---|
| A figure, a rule or a Kelowna detail on this site is wrong or out of date | Email us. We check it against Part 6.1 of the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act and fix the page. |
| The status of an application you submitted | The application platform's own support, linked from your confirmation email. |
| A payment, a due date or a loan you already hold | The lender named on your agreement, which must show its contact details. |
| A lender charged more than the legal cap, refused a cancellation before the end of the next business day, rolled a loan over, or lent a second payday loan to repay the first | Consumer Protection BC, the provincial regulator. |
| General questions about payday loans and your rights as a borrower | The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada. |

What we cannot do
We cannot see your application, change an offer, speed up an e-transfer, or speak to a lender for you. We never hold your banking details. What we can do is correct this site, explain a British Columbia rule in plain words, and point you to the right office.
Corrections and updates
When a provincial or federal rule changes, the pages change and the "last updated" date on each one moves with them. Read who we are and how applying works first, since they answer most of the email we get; the complaints policy covers what happens after you write.
